At Orygen, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you. 


Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.orygen@outlook.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.


Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Each piece is handmade, and slight variations in shape, glaze, or texture are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
